Brick Lawn Landscaping Privacy Policy

Privacy policy

We use your details to quote your yard.
Nothing else.

This is the short, readable version, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody. Last updated February 2026.

01

What we collect

If you fill in our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give us one, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you call or text, we keep your number and notes from the conversation so we can quote the work.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

02

Why we collect it

To contact you about your enquiry, book a site visit, prepare and send a quote, and carry out work you hire us for. That is the whole list.

03

What we will never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote. If you tell us no, we stop contacting you.

04

Who else sees it

Only the people at Brick Lawn Landscaping who need it to quote or build your project, and the software we use to run the business, such as our email and scheduling providers. If a project requires an engineer or a supplier delivery, we share only what that job needs.

05

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept while they are active and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back to the project. Records for completed work are kept longer so we can honour warranty claims and answer questions about what we installed.

06

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call and we will handle it. Deleting records tied to completed work may limit our ability to service a warranty claim on that work.

07

Cookies and analytics

This website may use basic analytics to understand which pages people find useful. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
