We start by excavating down to the correct depth and removing all existing sod and soil. We then build up a layered, compacted base using road crush or ¾" minus — grading it for proper drainage and compacting in multiple lifts for long-term stability. The result is a clean, solid base that won’t sink, shift, or flood over time.

Once the base is set, we roll out the turf and align seams to keep everything looking seamless. All cuts are trimmed tight to borders, walkways, or fences, and secured using professional-grade turf spikes and seam kits. We brush the turf upright and install a top layer of silica sand to add weight, increase durability, and improve feel underfoot.
